Bay Haven Charter Inc. will be participating with Bay District Schools in Race to the Top initiatives. Bay Haven retains responsibility for their own appraisal systems and human capital decisions, but will participate in other Bay District School grant endeavors that apply to them. They have received a commensurate share of Race to the Top funds.
