Project 9, using data to make human capital decisions, requires that quality data be gathered to make decisions about teacher and administrator compensation, retention, promotion, and removal. Funds set aside for this section pay for substitute teachers, stipends, travel expenses as well as the services of a consultant. Committee members will work toward making sound decisions to benefit all teachers, administrators and students. Work in this area has not yet begun.
