Project 4 and 5, under the guidance of David Smith, ensures that Bay District Schools creates and maintains a single sign-on for stakeholder access.  Also a part of this project, BDS will work with the state as the state builds their own single sign-on and ensure that the data flows easily between the two systems.

Project 6, under the guidance of Tamra Hogue, has great impact on Bay District Schools.  This project ensures that quality data is gathered and analyzed from multiple areas:  assessment, appraisal systems, and professional development.  A Project Supervisor for eLearning and Technology will be responsible for creating a Local Instructional Improvement System that reports student growth to stakeholders.  As data will drive the decision making on multiple fronts, this project's importance is great.
