Note: Only Full-time employees may request transfer to another position.
Bay District Schools’ new transfer process has been implemented. Administrators will now have immediate access to view your transfer requests. They can view only the transfer requests for the positions they have advertised. They do not have access to another school’s transfer requests.
A short transfer application with your employee ID# must be completed when submitting your initial transfer request. You must create a username and password to complete an application.
You will always use the same username and password to apply for a transfer. Transfer Application username and password are NOT the same as the Employment Application username and password used when applying for a job with our district.
Remember the transfer username and password you create for any future transfer requests you may submit.
Note to Teachers:
Instructional transfer requests must meet the certification and H/Q requirement for the subject area.
