Online applications begin Monday, July 25, 2016

  • To complete an online application:  Parent Portal username and password required

  • Presently enrolled students accepted first

  • Parents will be notified of acceptance by the Bay Base Site Manager

  • No money due until your application has been accepted

  • If you experience difficulties with the application, please check back at a later time

Bay Base Program

Bay Base will no longer accept Early Learning Coalition (ELC) services after June 2, 2017.  See links to view the ELC parent letter.


Bay District Schools CLOSED Friday, April 14, 2017 for Good Friday.  Bay Base OPEN from 6:30 am-6:00 pm.

  • Locations available:  Beach, Deer Point, Lynn Haven, Oakland Terrace, and Parker

  • Sign-up open to ALL Bay Base eligible students

  • Sign-up opens Monday, April 3, 2017

  • Sign-up closes Friday, April 7, 2017

  • For all full day Bay Base programs, students must bring their own lunch, snacks, and drinks

General Information



The Bay Base Program is an after school program designed to enrich children's lives educationally, socially, culturally, emotionally, and physically in a safe and familiar setting. The program is open on regular school days; early-release days; teacher inservice days; most holidays and school vacation days.

Who May Attend

All children in grades Pre K 4-5th grade may attend with no discrimination to sex, race, or handicap. Each child must be able to function in a group setting without additional individual supervision.


After school program hours are 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Full day program hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A wide variety of enrichment activities including arts and crafts, music, games, field trips, homework assistance, sports, and story telling is available at each site.
