Revised Non-Discrimination Statement:

No person shall on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, reli­gion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation national origin, disability, age, genetic information, pregnancy, or marital status, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to harassment or discrimination under, any educational program or activity or work environment.  This practice shall apply equally to students, employees, applicants for employment and all persons having business with the School Board. The District also provides equal access to its facilities to the Boy Scouts and other patriotic youth groups, as required by the Boy Scouts of America Equal Access Act.
