Her background also includes work as an MTSS instructional specialist and staff training specialist, along with classroom experience in Title I schools.

Bozeman School will be led by Stephanie McLaughlin, who brings extensive experience in both instructional leadership and student support. McLaughlin has served as assistant principal at Rutherford High School, where she oversaw guidance services and previously worked as a master math teacher and department head. She has also supported teacher development across grades 6–12 as a secondary instructional specialist.

His experience also includes leadership roles at Rutherford High School and New Horizons Learning Center, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and strengthening instructional practices.

At Walsingham Academy, Brandy Kemp has been selected to serve as principal. She has also led professional learning communities and brings prior leadership and teaching experience from Texas.
