Bay District Schools is giving students the opportunity to get back on track and move one step closer to graduation through its BDS Summer Credit Recovery program this June. Designed with flexibility and student success in mind, the program allows students to recover credits in a supportive virtual learning environment while staying connected to teachers and academic support staff.
The program will run June 8–25, Monday through Thursday, with summer learning hours from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Virtual office hours will also be available from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for additional assistance and support. While in-person attendance is not required, students who would like a structured workspace may utilize the optional lab location in Building #6 at 1515 June Avenue. Transportation will not be provided.
Families interested in participating are encouraged to register by May 28. Through programs like Summer Credit Recovery, Bay District Schools continues working to ensure every student has the support and opportunities needed to succeed academically and reach graduation day ready for the future.
