HOPE Café: Helping Our Parents Engage- Grade Transition and Summer Success Expo

HOPE Café is designed to bridge the summer learning gap and provide you with the resources, connections, and information needed to ensure your child is ready for their next academic phase. Whether your child is moving into elementary, middle, or high school, we have tailored sessions and resources just for you:

Reading Strategies for Home: Practical tips for families, presented by

, the Early Learning Coalition, and Reading Pals.
Summer Bridge Activities & Healthy Habits: How to keep the learning going all summer.
Behavior Strategies: Navigating and supporting challenging behaviors at home.
Secondary Tracks
Transition to Middle School: What to expect and how to prepare your student for the move to 6th grade.
Resiliency Education Overview: A deep dive into the 6th–8th grade resiliency curriculum.
Graduation Pathways: Understanding the requirements and options for High School success.
Food & Fun for the Whole Family: This isn't just an info session—it’s a celebration! While you gather resources, your family can enjoy:
Lunch & Refreshments: Free hot dogs, drinks, and snacks for attendees.
Interactive Fun:: Cops-4-Kids,

School Buses, and the Lynn Haven Fire Department, STEM will be on-site with games and activities.
