Our 25-26 Student Council members have officially accomplished one of their key community service goals for the year! After months of planning and fundraising through their Christmas Movie Night Social, the team successfully purchased, designed, and decorated a new picnic table for the Thunderstore area.
This three-month project was a labor of love, with members sacrificing their free time—including FLIGHT, electives, and after-school hours—to get the job done. They are incredibly proud of this new, vibrant addition and hope it boosts morale for all students.
A huge thank you to Ms. Blanton, Ms. Summers, Mrs. Odom, Ms. McBee, Mrs. Bruce, Mrs. Whitaker, and Mrs. Duran for providing advice, supervision, and supplies. Special shout-out to the dedicated students who completed the project, including Chayce, Jonathan, Dustin, Cameron, Lasion, Cristina, Makayla, Nora, Annalee, Evayne, Charles, Amelia, Breck, and Aubrey.
