Applicants should submit an online application and then apply for vacancies through the application system. Instructional, Support, Licensed and Vocational positions are advertised for five (5) business days and will close on midnight of the last day. Administrative, Technical, Specialist and Confidential job positions close at 4:30 p.m. The COMPLETE application packet for administrative, technical and confidential jobs must be submitted to Human Resources by the deadline in order to be considered.

How to Become an Administrator for Bay District Schools
Bay District Schools is seeking certificated administrator candidates who have demonstrated strengths in the Bay District Schools Administrative Success Profile. In order to identify such candidates, our application process involves four components: Two written responses, a resume, a Supervisor’s Competency Rating Form and a Targeted Selection Score.
Targeted Selection is a screening interview process that involves a Behavior-based questions. The questions align with the dimensions identified in the Bay District Administrative Success Profile.
Qualified applicants must submit a complete application packet no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day the vacancy posting closes. Applications will remain active for two years after the submission date. Applications should be submitted to:
